We have used Lilian to buy and sell several homes in the past decade or so. My initial experience with Lilian was with the sale of a
home in a divorce. It was an amicable divorce, but none the less she was very supportive of the sale and did not take sides. The house sold for asking price after 2 contingent contracts fell through, one based on funding and one based on inability of the buyer to sell their home. In a following purchase, we were looking for a home with multiple bedrooms on the first floor for my aging parents to move in with us. We were unable to find a suitable ranch style home, so Lilian suggested searching for a home or townhome with an elevator. Shortly after looking we found the perfect place and my parents lived happily their until passing away a few years later. That TH was then rented for a few years and recently sold by Lilian for 10% over asking price and about 40% over the original purchase price in a relatively short period of time. Lilian also found us the perfect new home closer to my office which she discovered was about to go on the market. It went on the market, and we had a ratified contract by COB that day. In each of the transactions, Lilian's staff was with us each step of the way throughout the buying or selling process. It will be time to sell again soon and move south and I will not hesitate to contact Lilian to handle that listing.
